I started KG FITNESS because I saw too many people struggling alone — jumping between programmes, losing motivation, and never really getting the results they deserved. I knew there was a better way.

I'm based at Wensum Sports Centre in the heart of Norwich, NR1. Whether you're a complete beginner or someone who's trained for years and hit a plateau, my job is to meet you where you are and build a realistic path forward.

My approach is simple:

  • Show up. Consistency beats perfection. I'll make sure you stay on track.
  • Follow the plan. Evidence-based programming tailored to your goals and lifestyle.
  • Stay accountable. That's what separates good intentions from real results.

I offer in-person sessions at the gym, fully remote online coaching, and hybrid packages that combine both. Whatever works for your schedule and goals — we'll make it work.
